I’m just beginning my journey and glad I found you. I did this workout once. Once! And I’m about 3 days past and feeling like my muscles have finally healed and I can already see a lift to my butt. I really enjoy your videos and they’re effective. I did your arms with only dumbbells and that was amazing too. Working out from home so I really appreciate the dumbbell only workouts.

Great routine! Love the dumbbell only style so that anyone can try it at home. With clients or on my channel, we always try to promote the idea that you can get an intense and effective workout in with limited equipment. Great job showcasing that!

Just did this without the 15 min warm up, so I started with glute activation and some basic squats and then moved on to the workout and OMG!!! SUCH AN AMAZING WORKOUT! My legs and glutes are warm and pumped!!! Ima feel it tomorrow!!!!

In case this helps anyone, I have really stubborn quads, I'm hamstring glute dominate and everytime after leg day only the back of my legs are sore. Last night I did this workout at home with a 30 pound dumbbell and today my quads are a little bit sore! So I will keep doing some of this exercises, especially the first walk squat set, is super challenging! Love you whit!

Question to ALL of you!!! Is my gym the only one that does not allow to workout in a sports bra? I mean it says you should wear something that goes over the shoulders, so no sports bra, right? Btw love your vid whit🔥💞😊

I’ve never seen anyone in my gym wear just a sports bra so I’ve never done it either! I think I’d get weird looks and too much attention if I did, so I’d rather not!
