Super helpful! I've struggled to grow rosemary in the past, and I think it was in part because of the soil mix. I'm gonna give it another go and try this soil recipe. Thanks for posting this!

Hi, my mother had brought Rosemary plant from a nursery when she went to hyderabad, but while it was brought home, the leaves were already brown at its tip, the soil which they had potted it was a type which used to hold too much water and the container didn't have proper drainage holes, plus as i didn't know it needs alot of sun, it unknowingly was indoor for two days, i repotted it, gave it alot of sunlight with proper drainage holes but now the upper leaves look droopy and look like need water but 50% of the plant looks dry and brown, any suggestions what can i do? Can i propagate it by any means? idk whether to give it more water or not, Please suggest something

Can rosemary do well behind a green shade cloth exposed to morning sunlight till 11am. Coz due to global warming the morning suns intensity is pretty drastic. I'm referring to all parts of India in 2024.

Yes, you can grow under the shade cloth with the amount of sunlight you have mentioned. Even my plant receives only an hour of direct morning sunlight which is very intense, & the plant is doing fine so far. 🌸🌸🌷🌷
