No podcaster is talking about the challenges of new entrepreneurs about the issues we face with the courier company services for failed deliveries as it is the backbone of any D2C business and also there are many issues going with ship rocket platform about their weight discrepancies in which they overcharge the sellers later on which adds to the loss of the sellers and lastly how these facebook ads are over charging for sale nowadays ! can anyone speak about these current issues !!

Nice... should watch 2-3 time to grasp better.... also may time in a certain week there will be lot of new advertisers when your response will be less and bidding will go up :) PS. Some scrubbing / hummmming sound is there... maybe something is touching table or stand, pls have a look on it

In July the ROAS was more than 4.5 and once you scaled up the budget ROAS got 3. Can't we scale up the campaign without diminishing the ROAS?

Hi Umar, The backend data you are showing is including the organic orders and reorders from the existing customers. How much ROAS did the Facebook ads bring by itself?

I guess the revenue is purely from paid ads since a new brand takes time to generate organic sales as seo and organic social media channels takes time to build sales.

Sir very well informed, however while spending 20lakhs on promotion campaign & getting sales of appx 60 lakhs in an year, do you think it's profitable ?? Come on its all bull shit after having 60 lakhs sales 18% of stupid govt GST , around 60 % product cost, operational cost in an year is may be around atleast 24/ 36 lakhs (Rs. 2/3 lakhs a month which is around 30-45% ) , even you may calculate inflation & interest rate on investment, What do you think? It's a money making concept or loosing, kindly reply? Waiting for expected reply to come, thanks

That is the point we were trying to explain in video, People never know at what ROAS they are profitable. Some Brands/ niches are profitable at ROAS 2 and 2.5. Some are not even at 8ROAS, There is game of Pricing models. Hope you are getting what this video was all about. :)

To get a single penny in your pocket you have to spend something maybe sometimes more than what you are getting in the initial phase. In this case study 20 lacs spending has yielded 60 lacs revenue with a RoAS of 3x and as said by Umar Sir some brands are profitable in such RoAS and the data is only for 6 months that means it’s just a beginning. In the coming months the sales will definitely go up and the cost will go down as the brand will also be getting organic sales. There’s hell lot of factors depending upon the business and market for a brands growth
