Growing my nails out IS SO HARD! I'm a swimmer on a team and I'm in the water 5 days a week for at least an hour! So they are so brittle I have made them stronger but they are still not super healthy, I feel like all I can do is just put lotion and oil on them like crazy! Anyone have any tips?

i incorporate fresh herbs and leafy greens into as many meals as possible, like parsley, kale, spinach, cilantro, they are full of vitamins and since i have been doing that my nails have been growing and have been much stronger. my hair has been nicer too and my skin! thanks for the great tips! :)) and i loved the cute lil owl!

I try to get my nails long without biting or doing anything that you said, but when they get a bit long, they start to brake so I have to peel them off, or else it would get caught on something...

BAHHHH! Darn! You have to keep your nails short if you play violin or viola. Well, I only keep them like medium. I always cut them every 2 weeks to keep them pretty short. Also my piano teacher told me to keep my nails a little bit shorter because I'm tempted to play on my fingernails. :P

Have you ever tried jamberry nail strips? They make your nails grow long and they also your nails from chipping and they keep your nails strong but they're kind of hard to put on but you'll get the hang of it and they come in so many prints you will like them.😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
