But in galactosemia there is ketotic hypogycemia ketones will not be absent

Please i need help my daughter Since birth, she has suffered from hypoglycemia due to high insulin, but currently she is six months old and her blood sugar is 85 after breastfeeding for three hours. Her developments are very good. Is there a possibility that her brain has not been damaged? How can I be sure of this? Will the rest of my children suffer from the same thing?
