I love that type of video. I've noticed that channels in this niche often attract a lot of viewers when they use carefully chosen tags just a thought that could help bring your videos to more people

I've used grease from my teenage years, and personally, it works best for me. I did try oils only, and it leaves me frizzy and dry. It really is an individual thing. I'm about armpit length and have never tried to grow it longer. I mainly strive for fullness and shine and grease and hair twists with pins help me personally acheive that. Love the content.

Thank you for your lovely comment this will help the community. I think grease works best on certain hair types as well. my hair definitely does not like oils as a sealant.

I want to commend you on the progress of your hair. The health and growth has been amazing. This is my first time commenting on your channel. I've been watching your channel for quite some time. I have very fine strands but with medium density. I'm high porosity ( actually was born with it) and for just context, I'm 3c with 4a texture. I was following some advice using light oils and not really heavy layering my hair. Unfortunately a lot of dryness and brittleness was the culprit for breakage. About 1 year and half ago, I watched another content creator who decided to use heavier products and heavily layer her hair. Well I figured why not and now I no longer have to moisturize my hair every other day. Now its once a week and I trained my hair to be washed once a month. I used hair grease as a sealant at the beginning ( it did quite well) but now I use water mixed with vegetable glycerin, an herbal oil, and a product called Fat Marshmallow ingredients are beef tallow, marshmallow root, beeswax, and arrow root. Its a clean sourced and organic. (Sorry animal lovers) I have no problems with buildup whatsoever because I clarify with a 50/50 clarifying / moisturizing shampoo. I believe we all have to find what works for our individual hair needs. Take care and its a pleasure watching your progress.

Hey sis thank you for your comment. It is very detailed and it will help the community. I like your suggestions and will look into them. High porosity hair is a lot of work we're constantly fighting against that dryness split ends etc, it's still a battle for me sounds like you have good game plan 💕
