- you can place down a barrel to store more items from the output, add a path and a spark or few to carry from output to barrel (sparks can only deposit to a barrel, can't take from it) - there are several more things to discover, if you keep completing the quests you should be able to unlock everything that is in the demo (as long as you leave the main quest until the end) - different sparks have different properties, check your log for details (once you discover those sparks) - your log keeps flashing without showing you an exclamation mark on a material because you discovered a new source of a material rather than a new material, if you hover over objects (animals, trees) you will see question marks which will become the resources you can potentially get from them (once they drop that resource, RNG is involved) and the logs tracks this so that you can check the resource in the log to see where you can find it

This is such an interesting, fun game. I love Pikmin, and this is a great variation on that gameplay. Plus the automation isn’t too complex for me yet. Lol. I hope you do return to this when the game comes out. 😊
