Not sure why any one is crying about interest rates. My wife and I, first home had a split loan of 9.5 and 11%. After 2 years we refinanced to a 7.6% rate.

Because it costs 18% more to be a homeowner in Idaho than it does in the average state. And our incomes are much smaller because our wages have been rock bottom ever since "Right to Work (for less)."

Idaho homeowners pay 18% more than the national average while making half the average income. But then, according to polls, having the republican party run your entire govt is better for the economy. I guess the polls have never actually lived under republican rule.
