We do but not as much. We are limited now because we have water restrictions here. Florida so cant use the sprinkler system much

Hello, I just planted in containers a male and female muscadine set I purchased from Tractor Supply here in Alabama. However, I wanted to know if it is normal for them to be what appears to be "sticks" and then as time goes on, they will begin to grow into a viney goodness? I do plan in a year to put them in the ground when we relocate to a bigger property. Also, since they are new growing I have them out in the sun now and getting plenty water do I need to cover them in the winter since they are sticks with NO Leaves or buds?
