I have adopted this method in my early 30's. In addition, I don't give myself to the world until 10am. I wake up each day at 4:30am --- which I pray and mediate. From 5am - 7am, I go to the gym; thereafter, 7am to 10am, I prep for the day with silence, writing, reading and speaking daily affirmations. I don't respond to anyone or anything until 10am and I don't do after 10:00pm. There is 24 hours in a day, I give 50% to the world, and 50% to myself. This help me to stay centered and intentional on how I need to be present, self aware and not allow the masses to pull me in the negative.

Jesus Christ. Remember…The SUN is the SON in Freemasonry as well as all the ancient mystery schools. This public ritual murder was invoking the energies of the allegory of Jesus Christ or more directly Jesus Christ’s sacrifice for the world. Notice the numbers of black rappers with tattoos of crosses on their faces? Remember even Nipsey’s son was named KROSS. Why? Did he choose the name? Could London be the link? Remember she has a child with Lil’ Wayne as well (pictured above) and is marked for sacrifice. On the day of Nipsey’s murder in the time of Christ, March 31st this happened. Jesus, as he travels during the morning back to Jerusalem, becomes hungry. He spots a fig tree and goes to it hoping to find figs. Finding only leaves he says to the tree “Let no one eat fruit from you ever again” (Mark 11:14). He arrives at the temple and casts out the money changers and dove sellers, saying the following. Nipsey’s murder happened on the only day Jesus ever showed anger or violence. This was the act which turned the forces against him and led to his DEATH/SACRIFICE.

Hearing Lauren talk about not wanting to be a victim of her trauma identified with me so much because since losing my mother, I have entered this journey of life where I am rediscovering who I am. People from Los Angeles C.A, share a secret, but yet we talk about it. If you're between the age of 35to50 your parents were probably on drugs. We lived right up on the poverty levels, meaning not very far from the site of skidrow. The gangs hunted each other daily. Prostitution was right outside your door 🚪 I am from East Los Angeles where you were lucky if you lived past 18 years of age. Growing up I was at a funeral just about every 2weeks no lie. I maid it through, now I understand that there's a level of strength 💪🏾 🙏🏾 that comes with surviving a horrible childhood. ❤🙏🏾💪🏾💯
