As a son of pastor too, this is just great to hear that. So funny, sometimes i wanted as a kid also too doing something else on sunday, just like the other kids. But People see us too many times like the perfect family, without problems etc but that not true. This is just the outside. My parents served the Lord, so am i with my brothers and my sister, so grateful for that. But there are so much "cliché" about us (pastor family). We are just human, with ups and downs, loved by God and saved by grace. Thanks Pasteur Houston and Joel for doing that

Iv grown up my whole life attending Sunday school from a infant then being baptised to feel Jesus Love. Now I lookforward to attending my Gateway church. Iv lived in Sydney and served at Hillsong Church..esp the Christmas presentations were the best..

I think as children we were all in that position! You are told what you MUST do in terms of go to church etc, but as you mature and start to experience more of life for what it is, good or bad, you realise its what you WANT to do also. And that I feel is by design. God wants YOU to choose Him, not your parents etc. Its a very personal relationship, and all relationships take work. 💜
