Madam, what is the difference between hijra and a transwomen? Both are assigned as biologically male at time of birth but later on undergoes surgery and transform into female. I am working in this field but not getting this answer.

but trinetra you have to take into consideration other's opinion...it is often some kind of trauma like bullying in your case and for me itt was sexual assault so i really wanted to become a man ///i think the fact that u medically transitioned to man is more problematic becuase you are essentially reducing woman hood to just having plastic boobs and vagina...i think u cannot change the fact of your sex of course u maybe more feminine or more masculine within the limits of your sex...that doesnt mean pumping a bunch of hormones which have a probability of causing more cancer and getting a surgery is an end to all your problems...its more often a mental struggle and and i think u have to first acknowledge that and then start to solve those problems...u said confusion is good in some other interview...then how come now you are sure that this is what you were always meant to be?

And even if someone can not understand what/who she is because that did not happen with you or anyone you know. I don't think its difficult to treat her like a human.
