I didn’t even know you could get a romance ending for Jake. I’ve tried 3 different times to keep him alive but even after trying to convince him to come home with me, I never see/speak to him again after.

There's a way to save Vivica's relationship with her adoptive family without romancing her: (spoilers) When she first drags you to concert: -->Pick "Talk about her family" instead of "Talk about music". -->Then pick "Support Patty" (DON'T pick "Defend Patty's family", or she'll end your friendship immediately) Next scene, she'll bring you to hospital, where she explains her birth story. -->When it comes up, pick "Maybe it's for the best". (She goes home, and this time doesn't fight with her family!) Then the story continues normally, until the library scene: -->Pick "Talk her out of it" instead of "Push her on" (Trust me, this will work if you picked the above options) Patty will get angry and leave, but she will stay friends, and the final scene will still play out. In the final scene, Patty will thank you, say you were right about her parents, and that she's fine not knowing her birth parents. Ending: Patty still becomes a roadie, and she keeps a good relationship with you and her adoptive family! PS; this works whether or not you're romancing her.

Man... After playing this game it was kinda heartbreaking knowing that Nathan could actually die... I went just for the friend route and ended up being with friends route on him, Felicity and Alex, but I've gotta say, while Felicity "good" ending sort of shocked me a bit, knowing that the guy who wrote a song and was basically a good person but had lots of issues on his home ended up all alone, and dead. Didn't expected that and I feel that nobody deserves that...

I've ended up in both the good and bad routes for Nathan, and let me tell you, it's really difficult (emotionally) to get that bad route with Nathan.

In my first gameplay me and Nate got together and honestly Nate was the only character that I'd ever actually properly romanced and fell for and I always got the good endings never the bad ones

Jake really can't catch a break, can he? Even in his "good" ending, he still dies. Only in his romance ending does he get a life worth living. If only we had the option to kick Mort (the orange-haired bully) out of our friend group, I'd have done it the second I got the chance. That kid was a TERRIBLE influence on Jake.

Sooo Jake only lives if you play as a girl and romance him? Damn that spawn rate is tough. On my first playthrough I got Nathan and Jake in my circle. I still got a good ending on Jake but damn I never couldve saved him in the first place. I didn't know Nathan could d!e but good thing I romanced him. Can't believe if I was an asshole to both of them, I'd have two d3aths in my firsr playthrough.

Yeah, it sucks how no matter what you do, as a guy, or as a simple friend you just can't save Jake. It felt especially cruel since he was in my first game and I didn't realise till that peoint that the game was going to go to that territory. Regarding Nate, his bad end gut punched me the first time I got it, I didn't expect it at all. He was partially the reason I wanted to make this video in the first place. I knew that people probably didn't have the patience to replay the game till they got all the endings, but Nate's bad end felt so impactful that I just wanted people to see it.

On Jake, I just did the maths in my head and realized that on pure RNG, you only have 12.5% of saving him (granted that you let the RNG choose the gender) by spawning as a girl and his friend. If he was a real person who's only got 12.5% chance to 'grow up' past 32, the odds just suck so bad. :-/ On Nathan, that sucks too. :-/ On my other playthrough, I was planning to romance someone else but that lil emo guy who likes animals and writing musics is just too adorable not to love.

​@@zsofiaszabo8317 I'm the person that wants to get every good ending on everyone (and my higher goal is to romance everyone) But Jake.... I still don't know what to do exactly hah. And now I need to wait a couple more of plays to get him again AND be a girl as well And as for romancing, I still have to do Felicity, Bobby, Wendy, Hoffer and Jake. For Wendy I know I have to play as a girl and for Flick and Hoffer as a boy. I don't know how to romance Bobby though

@@ostrzalka You can romance Wendy as both genders, and as for Bobbie, you have to choose a very specific dialogue option at the end of the game that I couldn't figure out on my own either. And because of one of my dialogue mistakes, she immediately ran away, it's just a game but this makes my heart hurt lol... so i found and watched your video how did it end.because playing this one game takes an hour more. Sorry to disappoint, but that won't be happening. After 30+ playthroughs of the game, I'm not in the mood to go back just to hunt for some slight variation in the endings. I appreciate you like the video, though.

Regarding Hoffer, you just have to play as a guy, I think he's pretty straightforward. I had trouble with Wendy, too, I mainly followed this guide during my playthroughs steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2669637628.

You can Romance Wendy. She’s actually pretty easy to romance, I got her on my first try without a guide.
