I think Cree made a valid point as well, Sakoya & the other ladies should have just listened & then responded, & not with a defensive or combative response. Just because she does not agree with S being angry with her mom about not divorcing in the appropriate manner, does not mean that the table needs to be flipped. I myself, can understand where S is coming from though, just like the other two ladies at the table, but Cree has a different opinion. If you can be mad about someone not having a proper divorce, someone else can be mad about a person having a child "outside of wed lock." I just think people do things for different reason, like not everyone has a child to have a whole family & not everyone gets married to be together for ever, this is just life, I think this could have been a really good topic for a discussion if people would not be so defensive. Cree probably should have brought her thoughts on this situation to S privately in a one-on-one conversation, rather then in this group setting. This approach, would have made more sense, I also feel like Cree did not really care about S's feelings in this situation to think about the delivery of Cree's own thoughts & how to share them.
