The third eye is just one of the chakras (energy centers) of the body through which you receive God/Universe/whatever you call it’s guidance. Manifesting is just creating what you want in your life. Being a Christian and these spiritual concepts are not mutually exclusive. They are all different ways of making meaning of the same concepts that can be found across every religion or spiritual outlook.
