It is also more attractive looking to be leaner and slim and you will look better in all form fitting and snug fitting clothes especially for younger women. Even younger men look healthier and better being lean and slim unless they have a muscular body build then that's fine also. The fat and obese people are just hating on you because they are jealous and know that you are more attractive than them especially if you have an attractive looking face as well to go with the lean and slim body. I had been thin so changing diet makes me thinner and i was so sad coz my sister or my father or people around my family say that to me that i am thinner. my father even asked me "eat anything". I cried actually back then. but hey, i dont wanna be this thin either. I just cant gain weight. To point i googled "how to gain weight" and yes it effects my psychological. i guess we cant say "oh you are gaining or losing wight" it hurts same way.

Don't let them make you feel bad about your shape and size. We're all different. I've been a "skinny" dude my whole life. Most people tell me I need to gain weight. I don't think so. I'm more athletic, faster, stronger in most cases too than others and have more endurance. I can eat a whole elephant in a day and still not gain a pound. I know some people who only think about eating a slice of cake and they gain weight. I've been jealous of that for a long time. But hey, I've realized being healthy is the most important thing. And if I look like that naturally, then so be it. My body just doesn't hold fat that much. Fat shaming is one thing but people need to realize skinny shaming is real too and a lot of people are guilty of it. Just be yourself, you are beautiful in the eyes of the right people. If anyhting it makes it easier for you to weed out the bad ones :)

Being skinny is fantastic because you are not carrying excess baggage, wearing out joints and organs. Young lady, NEVER put on weight, STAY SKINNY. Here in the UK, in any town or city the majority of women are unfortunately FAT and show it off, it is absolutely GROTESQUE being overweight. Be proud, you are beautiful, bright and intelligent. There is no pride in being FAT and have ALL the associated health problems. My mother weighed roughly 45kgs at the age of 85 when she died. Thank God, she wasn't fat. She was light enough for me to lift off the floor when she collapsed (I thought she had died in the bathroom, it was quite distressing), she feinted. The older you get, the fitter and skinnier the better for emergency services and health reasons. I am the skinniest in my family. My brother and sister and their families are ALL overweight. I live on my own with my German Shepherd, I am 58 and thin and will remain thin. Eath plenty of meat for protein and minerals and less carbs.

If you did nothing. You cannot gain weight naturally. People become overweight because they abuse food and do very little to burn off the extra calories they intake on a daily basis. Skinny and fit people represent pride in one self, discipline and hard work which is a completely different contrast to someone who is overweight. Overweight people don't want to put in the work to get fit and they don't want to be committed everyday to strict rules in order keep their body looking good and at a healthy weight. So they make excuses and play victim and their delusions become reality. There is nothing beautiful in being obese and living a unhealthy lifestyle. Sad thing is a lot of people are overweight. These people roam around in gangs online and validate each other bad behavior which gives them this false sense of entitlement. There is no such thing as a plus size supermodel and no, you shouldn't be taking eating advice and fitness/yoga instructions from someone who is obese.

Your comment oversimplifies the complexities of weight and health. Weight gain can be influenced by genetics, metabolism, and health conditions, not just personal discipline. Being skinny or fit can often be a result of natural genetics and metabolism, not necessarily a reflection of personal hard work. Just as some people are naturally slim, others may have a genetic predisposition to gain weight more easily.
@Leandro-elede5 ай бұрын
You didn’t know that some people can eat a lot and not gain weight? That’s got nothing to do with hard work; it’s all about genetics. And guess what? Being thin doesn’t mean they’re healthy. As a man, I believe the experience is different. At the age of 17, I stood at 6’2 and weighed 138 pounds, extremely thin to the point of drawing everyone's attention, with everyone labeling me as super skinny, much like you. The truth is, people will never respect you as a man if you don't have a good physique and at least some muscles. So, I embarked on a journey to change that. After much suffering, including enduring an eating disorder that has left me with lasting effects, such as not experiencing the same pleasure in eating as before, due to numerous episodes of overeating followed by vomiting, because gaining muscle mass when you're thin is very difficult. It requires eating right/a lot, getting plenty of sleep, and working out heavily. Now, at 20 years old, standing at 6’5 and weighing 220 pounds with 7% body fat, I tell all men that it was worth it, even through so much suffering. The respect and confidence you gain by being a man with a large physical structure are very important because in this world, men have the role of providing physical, material, and emotional security, and having a strong physical shape contributes significantly to this. Now, as a woman, it's completely different. Women don't need to convey a sense of security to anyone; only beauty and knowledge matter to the female sex.

If you eat a balanced diet and this how lean you are its just your built... literally this is how your body was designed to be and each build has its own advantages... great analogy with the hunter gatherers, back then you would be the one climbing up trees and rock walls, sneaking up on animals etc. stay proud girl

You don't need motivation if you've got the discipline. Many folks just don't have that discipline, so they find it easier to sling mud at those who are outshining them, just to feel better. Don't give a f what others thing strike back so they have at least a chance to improve instead of coping

If people don’t wanna be healthy anymore, that’s their problem, not yours. you’re beautiful and of course they would be jealous. Wouldn’t you?

Hey beautiful skinny girl, why you hate fat? It's necessary for your health, just the right dosage. Are you stronger then a fat women? So we need both muscles and a little fat. Stop being crazy and love your self.❤

You look just fine! I’ve been “skinny” my whole life, too! And no matter what, it’s difficult to gain weight. And the judgements are horrible from people who think you don’t eat, etc., when you actually do! In fact, I eat sometimes more than others do! I have that freedom. But I have been told for my height (5’2”), I’m actually about normal weight. Haters just need to stop judging.

Growing up all my crushes were skinny. Don't beat yourself, in my eyes being skinny is healthy and beautiful, but of course, there is a thing as being too skinny so just be careful
