Growing Up With Siblings

having a crazy amount of siblings is incredibly hectic, but actually a lot of fun, and is a major reason why i am the way i am, if that makes sense. i don't talk to the older ones as much as i probably should any more, so if any of them happen to be reading this, hi, text me.
my sister N actually got mad (playfully) at me because of this video, because i didn't have any interesting stories to tell about her, despite her trying her best to be a good older sister. she actually took us to this really cool water park, and thought it was a really cool memory, but i just straight up didn't remember it at all lmao.

That's me. I'm the third tallest in the house, at about 5' 10". Yet I still have to sit in the back of my dad's incredibly small car with the two little ones. My older brother doesn't live with us anymore, because of college, but he comes over every weekend. My parents get mad at me the fastest, my older siblings get to do whatever they want, my younger siblings are spoiled rotten to the point where I have to physically drag my little brother into a chair at school to make him behave. Yet, here I am, ignored except for the fact that I'm smarter than my older siblings were when they were my age. So, fun.

actually it really wasnt that bad... i was the middle child of 3, one 4 years older and the other 4 years younger. may have helped that my mum never gave more attention to anyone of us (Except for when my lil brother almost died... several times....) and it was a big group of neighbor hood kids growing up together.

I never got punched. My brother pulled my hair and I punched him back and call my mom and he got in trouble and any time in which he accidentally hurt me he was like “OML I AM SO SORRY PLEASE FORGIVE ME PLEASE FORGIVE ME I’LL GIVE YOU ANYTHING PLEASE I’LL LET YOU PUSH ME BACK PLEASE DONT TELL MOM PLEASE IT WAS AN ACCIDENT” all because he was scared that I would call my mom and she would make him go to his bedroom for the rest of the afternoon. I guess our bedrooms were pretty damn boring back then. And then there was this one time in which I accidentally pushed him and he pushed me back and I pushed him back and he pushed me back and I sorta slapped his arm and he slapped mine back and I pushed him and he pushed me until I screamed, “mom!” And mom came and asked what happened and she decided to be harsh on us and put us inside our bedrooms separately and put a scarf each end tied around the knob of each door and because our doors opened to the inside then we couldn’t open them. Only a little. We were talking through those small gaps across the hallway until we decided to cut the scarf with scissors so we did and we got out and our mom laughed for a while and then put us back because we cut an expensive scarf but we weren’t able to open the door this time.

I have three younger brothers. Although we fought a lot as kids we all get along great as adults. The oldest brother is perhaps the most judgmental of the three, but we do actually enjoy each other's company and see each other fairly often. I have quite seriously NEVER wishes I didn't have siblings. I did enjoy having more freedom as I got older, but I really like my brothers. And one of them has provided me with four of the most wonderful nieces and nephews whom I adore.

I think being older sucks. You always get more responsiblities, the younger one annoys you and when you explode you push them and hurt them, they get more attention, you cant use all your force to show your strength, you have nobody to talk to because the younger one probably didnt go through it, you cant trust them, they are inmature and think your inmature, they whine, they blame you and look innocent, etc... and now in 5 monthes my mom will have a boy. Its good and bad cuz, you have another terrible sibling, but they experince what happended to you for years. Atleast, there are some advaces. You are usely better at most things, and your much wiser on making choices. You know.
