The vegetable harvesters are the most useless things in the game. What were they thinking? And why can’t i set the worker to work properly in strips. Does 10 feet then tries to turn around

The smallest harvester can have a box that gose on it and fill up to 2000 liter . I have not try the next harvest yet.

Not many people know the but you can pin a trailer against the big vegetable harvester using the out pipe . It's jank but allows the ai to harvest

@completlyrandom-d2t it doesn't. You hook the out pipe over the top of the trailer and drag it around. I'm still testing what the best trailer is.

This does not work anymore. Unfortunately the trailer holds the brakes when it's not connected to a tractor. Therefore not allowing the harvester to move.

I edited the xml for the big harvester from filll limit=true to add storage. Makes it much more fun.

The biggest harvester sucks, luckely there is a mod (Dewulf Quatro) that does eveyone but the worker only works on patato´s

Question: I thought you could harvest spinach 2 times before you have too plowed it. I just sold my spinach, how come it’s saying I need to plow the field when I only harvested it one time? Idk what’s going on here, I need help

You do the first harvest and then leave it for a month I plowed over a hole field before I realized

Struggling with this today, you have to be right next to the large harvester for it to even turn to the next row. This is impossible given the way tractor and trailer pivot. Maybe a dump truck but we don’t even have that yet. Another two hours of messing around with this and I’m frustrated, going back to fs22, 25 is not there yet and very sad for the money spent on this game.

if you really wanna harvest vegetables (and are on pc..), there's already a mod to add a modified version of the biggest harvester with an added capacity of 30m³

Do you know how to use the pallet boxes to store them. I see them in the store, and thought I read you use them to store root vegetables, but I don’t know.

The P3CL Profi harvester (it costs $39500) uses the boxes when you are harvesting with it. As you harvest you have to unload the boxes as they get full and load a new one into the harvester (This can be done automatically if you want). After you finish harvesting pick the boxes up with pallet forks and store then wherever you wish to.

Theyre so hung up on getting ai harvesting right, we dont care if it picks up half the fkin field and misses the rest. We just want the ability so we can be on other things without babysitting the whole game

If you use the harvester that drops them on the ground I don’t see a way to pick them up currently in the base game on console.

@@allmywhat no you can set the large vegetable harvester to unload here. It will then drop all the crops on the ground and you can pick them up with a wheel loader bucket.

It's Sony and Microsoft that limits the mods we can use on Console, not Giants.

Script mods are basically unsigned code. As long as the threat of vectors for jailbreaking and installing CFW exists, consoles will never be able to have them in any game. Such is the price of playing in a walled garden.

No we don’t. We pay more on console always. PC games are always $10-$15 cheaper

Yeah the vegetable harvest is annoying and not worth doing. Figured Giants would have learned from the premium expansion In 22.

We are gonna have to wait for the veggie equipment mods, there was a nice one in 22 and all you had to do was switch the head between all the root vegetables
