I have been window shopping online and I keep putting this plant in my shopping cart and I never buy it. But I have a connection in California that when I really want a special plant all I do is ask her and she gets really top quality plants for me so I asked her to find me a beautiful lovely rose. The ones I see online aren't as pretty as they should be so I'm going to wait for her to tell me she found me one ❤️ And here we go again with us being telepathically connected, I have just recently started breaking up my granite into small small pieces as well! Liz I just cannot believe how cosmically connected we are 😉 I swear to you in the past two weeks I just started doing that. So I have my granite and decomposed granite for my soil mix and two different size granite for my top dressing I also started separating it into red granite and the lighter beige colors!!! ( I have three and four pound containers of it packaged up so when customers come to buy plants this summer I'll have top dressings for sale) needless to say I have been pretty busy smashing boulders in my garage this winter LOL 😆

WOW look at you. Sounds like your going to "Set the world on fire". It's really worth getting and the sooner you have it, the sooner you can grow and propagate fast. There's also the time needed to prettify them. The older they get, the more beautiful they become.
@janetac17383 жыл бұрын
@@GrowingSucculentswithLizK which is also why I haven't bought them online because they're just so small and tiny and with the weather as cold as it is here they wouldn't fare well in the mail. So I asked her to see if she can get me a more mature one!! I really didn't even know that they grow so fast and are so easily propagated which to me is just an added bonus
@patrickabalos12563 жыл бұрын
Omg I learned something. I can't believe that G. Lovely Rose is a monstrose form of Titubans. Here in PH, Lovely Rose is super hard to keep it alive especially on low land. The hybrid ones are easy to care though.
@GrowingSucculentswithLizK3 жыл бұрын
It's all in the soil mix. Maybe a dash of ZEOLITE as in my Topical soil mix might help. I specially formulated that soil mix to suit humid growing places or low lands.

Lovely Rose (succulent plant) is a very popular succulent plant in Korea. I'm also raising a few now. Your lovely rose is so beautiful. Although Lovely Rose is a succulent plant that reproduces well with leaves, it is one of the succulent plants that is still priceless because of its popularity. It looks a lot like Harry Watson (succulent plant). There are a lot of insects in Lovely Rose. Come to think of it, I think there were a lot of millibugs in my Lovely Rose last year. I didn't know that Lovely Rose was a succulent plant made in Korea. The owner of the farm I sometimes go to said that the distribution name for Lovely Rose was named because it was a succulent plant made in Korea. Korean succulent plant enthusiasts are also trying to breed with the leaves of Lovely Rose. And me too~
@GrowingSucculentswithLizK3 жыл бұрын
It's a very beautiful plant. Thanks to the Korean breeder who made this possible. It looks similar to Harry Watson except Lovely Rose has more rounder leaves and Harry Watson more pointy leaves.

Got it! Will place under grow light. Was rainy last few days. Btw, I tried using seaweed solution n took risk n soak them overnight. Some plump up beautiful n found roots amazingly grown after a day, tiny one. Those with roots, start to look wonderful. But today I learned that akamada would cause root rot as it will go soft n true enough, I dug out all the pot n they were mushy. Change soil n add diluted seaweed n hope they be ok. Been disturbing them quite a lot lately cos not sure why all became soft suddenly. Only reason I can think of was, left them under the sun longer than usual because they seem to strive. But I think got sunburn. Lesson learned from your video, soak them in seaweed. N NEVER USE akadama. Thank once again!!

The only way to not get mealy bug is if you use a very nasty spray that's already ban from Australia. I won't mention the name but plants I bought from people who use this.... I have found dead bees on them. Also, if the plants are left dry for sometime, they tend to attract more mealy bug.

You have some incredible lovely rose plants! Wow ! I just beheaded a couple and was surprised how quickly it rooted and it looks even healthier with the shorter stem . I hope I get stem babies. You’re much less stressed about Mealybugs than I am . I get so upset seeing them ! Now I have microscopic Mealybugs on about 1/3 of my 250 succulents. I despise them . The only thing that Mealybugs do well is cause cresting sometimes. Wish I knew what species my Mealybugs are . They’re TINY ! They look like white dust until I look under my usb scope . They came from some Korean imports I got . They’re definitely not the typical species. Wow ! I must propagate more lovely rose 🥰
