4:12 get some surveyor flags and mark your roots early.. You can also get some 5-gallon buckets, stake them to the Ground drill one hole pointing toward the roots and fertilize them through that bucket.. No Need to guess were to pour..

Maybe you can call that one watermelon "Lumpy" after the character Clarence "Lumpy" Rutherford on the Leave It To Beaver television series. Lumpy was one of Beaver's older brothers, Wally, best friends on the show. He was a big guy and a bit of a bully. Your dad may not have seen the show. I watched it as a kid in the late 1950s and 60s. Is there a difference in flavor between the giant watermelons and regular smaller ones?
