Lol for me I have the physical abilities to do it its just that whenever I make a mistake my mind wants me to to make me think that I cant do it cause I messed up once and that I think everyone is way better and I can never be like them.

It’s so true, that you need to make mistakes in order to grow. I still have trouble with this, but this video lifted some bricks of my shoulder; knowing that mistakes are natural and part of the journey. :) also, ITS THE KEVIN HAMBLY OH MAH GAW-
