Upskilling is super important! We can't afford to be complacent about what we know and our current skills

On the point! I found it most difficult to find the right education or position to learn and progress in the right direction. But still excited for the future full of possibilities :)

It is the best strategy: self-learning, on the job + regular curriculum. And a learning community.

Inspirational and so, so true about the new learning models. I believe, this is the future. Or the complete opposite - we go to forest and close any receptors, we just shut it all down completely. Kudos on the speed, keeps one on their toes ;-)

I agree with you. All the points mentioned were well researched and relevant but here's the thing. With the notion in mind that Hey! Skills are changing! I must up-skill, so much to learn, so much to do.. all this creates a mess in the brain and ultimately hinders learning. With the changing world, what if an individual doesn't like coding or data science? But hey! everyone around is up-skilling! Everyone is writing code or doing stuff related to technology. What if you don't like this? Do you, uhm.. as your title says, Learn OR DIE?? That is just so wrong.

To those looking to build their own Self-Education I created a concept/tool called the Modular Degree. To be used as an organizational device for your own self-learning. Feel free to ask me more about it if you are interested!

Your " stuff " is awesome however I have provided this feedback previously and not sure if its me but your presenters speak to fast and slides transition to fast as well.

Hi John, thanks for the feedback! We intentionally make our videos fast-paced as we know how scarce time is for many people. We try to pack as much info as possible into 7 minutes and provide as much value as possible!

I think this is intentional to keep your attention (hence the quick transitions, especially to a word that's circled that could easily be excluded... i.e. 5:21)

I agree with Peter. It's super high paced and requires a lot of concentration to follow. But top class content, thanks for that :)

it is a good warning ! But I think that "tomorrow", opensource + AI will cover the gap, they will assist us so much that maybe ... we won't be needed anymore after all lol. Could you imagine the future like that : a customer that wants a website will just pay an online service and dictate vocaly what he wants on the webapp or whatever, oh geez , ok AI stop stealing our job already xD
@izzuddinmnasir4884 Жыл бұрын
This is why some people end up like Robbert Kyosaki. Properties are all time good investments. Upskilling + reskilling takes a lot of sacrifices, sometimes it wont work or defeated by AI. Some Universities should be dead by now

Is is a nice video, but, you go fast.....who is pursuing you?...
@obviouslytwo4u4 жыл бұрын
What we miss to see : you're missing something they can't have everyone upskilling because who would clean the roads who would serve rubbish McDonald's food to the slaves?, who would scrape gum off of chairs?. So basically they need stupid people the police also need stupid people to carry on committing crime so they stay in a job........ The problem : I watch the whole video and you did not mention about a diet change if you want to get intelligent you have to feed your body with good food because you would not upgrade your computer software without considering if your hardware is up to the job which it most likely is not stop feeding it to meat and dairy sugar caffeine alcohol go on a raw plant based diet and you will get very intelligent very fast.. I promise you.
@nikhil4sharma4 жыл бұрын
Do you have any evidence backing your claim of diet acting as a upgrade? could you suggest such a diet?
