What people don't understand about metal is that sometimes, it's about finding and holding onto that beautiful melody in between all the noise. That's the way I see it at least. Simply amazing and beautiful. Thank you so much for this album.

Sunken in Styx - Part 2: Descent Endless march down the dead end On broken glass, every broken mirror A shattered self, empty - hollow And the remains are trampled to dust and beyond Through smouldering fields swept off the joyful laughter Everything burned and erased Peace has turned into eternal slaughter As the past descends into the waves Vaults filled with your dreams of blood and iron Caged fears and lusts, painfully oppressed The pulse of Hades, the Odem of Thanatos Gentle breeze, forging oceans of souls Stripped of mortal flesh Stripped of sins and guilt Stripped of sense and mind Sunken in Styx No matter the heroic acts, nor the vile betrayal Kings and beggars, sinners and saints The crooked lines meet where emperors serve and slaves reign There's no dignity in burial grounds But decay, rot, worms and shit At least there is use in your end As there was none in your fucking life Into the heavens ascend To the hollow realms of hypocrites Wander the ruins In search for blessings obsolete Into the darkness descend To the obsidian planes of Erebos Wander the ruins Become lost and buried by aeons
