Cool controller. This reminds me a bit of the Atari Jaguar controller mod that integrated the spinner into the OEM controller for Tempest 2k. I picked up a 2007fpb to tinker with and have bumped into that signal distortion issue you were seeing as well. Apparently it’s a pretty common thing with that model. Power cycling the monitor clears it up for me sometimes. Other times power cycling the device feeding the signal clears it…

Did you do anything special to get the MisterFPGA to recognize this unit as a paddle/spinner? I just got mine from the same guy and could use some pointers. Thanks!

Awesome video! Did you connect the spinner to a standard USB port or the SNAC port? Also, how did you configure the the settings on the Arkanoid core to get it to work?

Standard USB port. It also works for MAME on PC. I didn’t have to configure anything for Arkanoid. It just worked.

Great video! Any chance you tried Tron (arcade) with this controller?

With Arkanoid, do either of the buttons work for shooting? I could get it to shoot when I pushed the spinner down but the buttons did not work. This is with MiSTer. Thanks!

Will this work on a Pandora's Box DX?

Have you tested it with the master system or 7800/2600 cores? They have some decent paddle/spinner games.

What emulator are you using?

its MiSTer FPGA system not emulation
@ElderKai5554 ай бұрын
@@properjob2311it’s still a form of emulation. Emulating hardware instead of running software on top of a system OS. But yes, different.
