Losing your expo four times, two impossible holds at your main, surviving 3 frenzied wyrms on no income, triple reincarnate value, wand of illusion surround, and finally killing the level 9 Crypt God for the win. This game was beyond Legendary, this may be the first Artifact game ever.

Grubbys insane micro and use of hero skills saved it, but to be fair, his opponent also didn't manage his own undead army well. Having three frost wyrms just all die is pretty inexcusable.

@@WaynePhoenix0506 if you watched the replay you would see why. UD played really well and Grubsta had just gotten an expo up and running. Moments before running to the enemies base he says: "I think we did it boys" and I thought so too as UD expo goldmine had run out of gold. Grubby had literally no army at this stage. When he gets to his opponents base - UD had 3 wyrms/ 2 gargs and destroyer and still won. So yes - mythical.

Even a Lich could have done wonders. Undead players so often go for fewer heroes because they don't expand much so it's cheaper. I don't get it- Undead heroes are soooo OP.

And why would you stop the exp if you can just buy endless "scroll of uncatchable" and an "orb of no micro" and proceed to beat a t3 army with t2 casters ? Orc has way too much control when and where it wants to fight (srcoll of speed, tc aura, static trap, orb of lightning, tc stomp) and a guy who is talented like Grubby will abuse this to the maximum, and do stuff like here where by any metric he should have lose. Fine and entertaining, but at this point, it's more about him being incredibly deft than anything else.

@@CraftyF0X What do you mean by that, all races have their stuff, unbalanced or not, you are talking about a game like 15 years old. Everyone is free to choose a race, you saying this but not many pro players in the ladder going orc all the time like grubby, if orc was the meta for 1v1 then a lot of people would be playing. But for some reason HU and UD seems to be like the most played races.

@@Dizzy_420 No, its not an easy style for everyone at all. What im saying is that once its mastered there is nothing other races can do with it. Case in point, Grubby won many many games from the position of absurd disadvantage just by running in circles and fighting only when and where he wants. Orc just seems too manouverable this way, runs from shop to shop alway getting all the items first, always regenerating mana and life on the go, can't be catched because of scroll of speed and tc aura but he can catch you anytime because of ensnare, tc somp/hex, purge, traps, and the "orb of no escape" which seems to always procs on your most expensive unit and always for the very first hit. It has an easy time to cut reinforcements too as nothing can run by a few orc and has the strongest base to push into anyway. So when an orc who can really good at this style, plays against you, your army has to be so overwhelming that he would lose even if you pick the most horrible engange (since you sure will as he only fights when and where he wants) otherwise you are out of options, you can't push his base and you can't catch his army. Im only saying this from an (I hope) objective observer point of view, I too play orc and all races for that matter, so Im not invested to be anti orc or pro something else. Idc I play waht I feel like. There should be no salt in this, its just something I noticed. (well maybe Im a bit salty about the orb of lightning, that thing always procs on the most important units and always right away, and you can't even staff it out which is bullshit rnd just like the crits in chains :( )

Truly Unique Legendary Experience. Well played by both players. Such unexpected clingy and prevailing play from KraV. And i think, he could prepared alot better, in his last attack. But Grubby's fast, adaptive play, made him winner in this encounter. GGs.

Man I was thrilled. Grub, thanks for this mate, you are incredible. Everything has already been mentioned, but I think the UD had far too much confidence in himself, i mean he thought he'd won it at least 2 or 3 times with his large army. He didn't really pay too much attention to what was happening in the big picture, because he was confident he was outnumbering you. And also didnt make a second hero (im guessing for the same reason). Didnt microed his frost wyrms well enough, if he had coil then it would've been nearly impossible for you(not that without coil it didnt also look this way though :D). But your insane skill and focus on everything from the dispells to the stomping and microing units around to killing of 3 frenzied wyrms just made me Jizz In My Pants. I felt the ZOMG in my orc pants. For real man. You da real MVP. Thank you!

14:48 quite a scary UD army coming down - Grubby loses FS and exp but doesn't lose the game and maybe even comes out very well out of the fight because Ozzy didn't retreat in time 27:22 holy sh*t UD army to which it's fully acceptable and normal to lose, especially with Grubby's rather weak army, but Grubby doesn't lose and actually wins definitely worth watching

Haven't watch a lof since last patch but is it me or does UD seem a tad OP here? - Grubby absolutely can not prevent expansion despend doing all he can against ok. That's one thing - then UD is hard countered in units then somehow can prevent Grubby to expand. - in the long run, despite having a huge hero disadvantage and no real counter unit (save for the late destro) UD nearly makes it. Arguably the setback is that he feeds so much Orc so mb that balances itself. Still, imagine late game if UD had picked a second hero - say a DK?
