This is a Legendary game where Colorful tries to hang on by the skin of his teeth with Treant harass, as I try proceed to try and batter him down.

At one battle half ur units were dealing with just treants, whilst a goon army was breathing down ur neck, (not to demean colorful). I enjoyed the wisdom u shared about pushing urself past the brink of what your soul can take, that's what I did with college. It was mentally painful but I grew as a person, may you keep growing too, and keep embellishing our lives with witty banter and entertainment :D

@@davidlee2229 Did the keeper have mana items or what? Spirit walkers can dispell multiple treants in one go. But then you are missong out on bloodlust lightningshield and the slowing effect of ls. So that is a theorycraft one. In one battle Grubby used 3 healingscrolls and a healing ward and the NightElf was still standing. How did colorfull heal up all those mountain giants between fights.? Sometimes there were 7 treants going to town at Grubbys expansion. Crazy game. I wonder what items Colorful used. No moonstone. No scrol of protection.

it's a typical NE game. Resilience and erosion. I think maybe you can try to kill either his base or his heroes . Mobility is his army’s weakness although it’s also yours. Anyway, good game.

The lack of teleport staff on MGs throughout the game was strange by him... Was a huge xp boost for you. I feel you needed some T A U R E N S in there to combat the MGs. When facing the big stone boys you gotta fight fire with fire. MGs are literally geared to counter HH pierce dmg lol you know this brah xD

Very late game! Thanks for the analysis. And with your income safe from treants, would you keep the same army or get taurens? Those 2 doctors put in WORK but you lacked damage. Panda 6 is brutal. How do you deal with that? Other than winning before he's lvl 6?

I think you should have finished off some of the MGs by focusing on each of them one by one when you still seamed to have the upper hand in the game. You had long fights and used a lot of mana and a lot of gold to buy potions, while he was able to keep his MGs alive with low HP and then heal them. I think this is when he started to have an advantage over you.

Colorful's Mountain Giant creation micro is so good man. He presses the Create Mountain Giant button so consistently, I don't know how anyone ever beats him.

Lost to two things, not having a defensive shaman at all times at both expos, and feeding a TC with ultimate twice in a row.

Early on Grubby could have easily just attacked enemy's expo and destroyed it. Instead you just sat back and creeped. Could have won early on, especially after the double hero kill.

@TheGuy it doesn't matter if he could kill it that quickly. At worst a catapult would have helped. He should have gone all in either on the moon wells or the production buildings or the tree of life. Reminder, elf was down both heroes. Not one.

I think that at the beginning after killing his heroes you had to attack the base as long as possible. Immediately after you ran away instead of pushing. I said that you will lose because unfortunately it was only visible how he grows in strength, and you languish ...

Wish there were stasis wards placed so you could avoid run by attacks. Transitioning to grunts would have been a better call in the late game since you have access to healing wards.

I keep thinking you could have often put the healing sentries in better locations, like on the other side of the trees, hidden but still in range. Every time they seemed so easy to destroy. Does the enemy still see the healing aura even if they can't see the sentry itself ? (kinda like with mortars/etc revealing themselves when attacking)

As soon as there are 4/5 MGs against orcs its pretty much GG. Many HH/shaman are not the right answer, but transitioning to torens and with one kata from behind takes time. So may be orcs are not armed enough against this kind or army and you need to adapt earlier scouting ? By the way at 09 minutes I thought it was finished but elfs are so resilient much more than orcs I think. Very nice game anyway.

Really clean early game TBH. I honestly thought this was going to be very one sided. I don't understand why no one ever makes a tech switch to Tauren though...In FFA, tauren have always been a part of the trihero/hh/kodo/shaman comp. ..as have witch doctors.

Bro i am not a pro. But i know, MG vs HH is not fair game 🤣. Also you could try combo of earthquake + SHs Last skill. Could be interesting. He didnt have ranged units. Should be devastating for him. He needed grunts or bat rider harass. Taurens could have also worked if he had started early enough. He definitely had plenty of chances with grunts at many stages

They're not busted, it's just that headhunters are the worst possible unit against them. If you have a full headhunter army, you need to just ignore the MGs and go for hero kills. If the Panda dies, the elf's DPS is cut down drastically, as MGs do really poor dmg. Focusing MGs with headhunters is pointless and exactly what Colorful wants

Orc late stage is so weak. despite having done everything right early on there was such a disparity in strength. MGs are pretty much unbeatable.

I mean, wyvern also look pretty unbeatable if you decide to not build any anti-air. Same deal if you build only headhunters against MGs. They are basically the hardest counter to headhunters in the game
