He knows who his enemy is, and how to tilt them. He only uses it when necessary to fight evil. It is not anger, it is called INDIGNATION. After this game they met again. In order to guarantee the victory, and thus save himself from the accusation of being without skill in Warcraft, Grubby had to make just one very small tweak to his game in order to defeat this very formidable foe: not Massing Demolishers Against Undead.

Having lag at the start of the game could mean the clients do a full state sync in the beginning (an expensive operation) and then communicate by syncing with diffs (cheap and often) . Like your games dude

I think you misunderstand what a war game is - the principal was likely referencing miniature or tabletop war games, like Warhammer, which is what Warcraft is based on. They are very similar aside from the fact that one is physical and one is digital and one is turn based and one is real time. And they do involve a LOT of strategy. In fact, I would even argue Chess is a Minitature War Game, (im sure that is an unpopular opinion.... but end of the day, it is played on a board that represents the battlefield, with miniatures representing different units that have different movement, strengths, weaknesses and attacks, just like an RTS or a War Game.)

How do you deal with RSI based injuries based on the amount of unnecessary clicking in order to make up an APM benchmark that ultimately isn't useful if you're planning on playing another 30 years?

Been a while but if I remember, an enemy has to step close to it (quite closely), and then it stuns in the big circle, but it also needs a second or so to arm, but this info is pre-reforged so take it with a bit of salt

Shaun Roberts thanks man. Yeah it always confused me because sometimes when i’d attack the ward, it still wouldn’t trigger. So i guess it triggers when an enemy unit steps into the red circle after a set timing period? Wish i knew how to use it correctly lol.

Once the stasis is placed, it takes like 10 seconds to arm, once it is armed, if an ennemy steps close it will detonate stunning all ennmies close to it for a few seconds

It's a game of chess, exactly the same in principle. The execution demands more energy and skills. But in terms of the whole system, it's the same thing as chess, which involves knowledge of facts about the game, tactics and strategy. The execution of tactics and strategy is more realistic than chess. I would say though, chess has its own fun and can be appreciated at different levels. WCIII is a good esport but it's no replacement for chess.
