This is not clear in many aspects 1. Is this applicable to all women? 2. Is it applicable to particular caste because you have a caste field in the form? 3. Is this applicable to all income groups?? 4. Many people don't have ration card. How about them? 5. How about unmarried women, divorcees and widows? 6. What if someone doesn't have adhaar card due to some reason? 7. Is the payment online and if yes what about the women who do not posses a bank account?

I am not sure abt ur question but I'll try to give some info according to my knowledge 1) It's applicable to only apl ,bpl card holders and in that case the head of family in ration card should be a women it's not like all female in home will get it's only one family one women basis. 2) In the guidelines they have not mentioned anything related to this. 3) same not mentioned 4) I guess ration card is mandatory and those who don't have will not get this benifit. 5)sry no idea 6) It is compulsory for an citizen of India to have aadhar card and if there is no aadhar then they cannot claim this benifit. 7) If this is the case application will be open from 15th June to 15th of July , then the women who don't have bank account should create one which will maximum take 7- 10dys.
