Cuz doing that on purpose without hearing the music is something you kind of just have to be born with. And if you have heard Arin sing throughout his career, you'd know that he wasn't really always that good of a singer which means he def wasn't born with perfect pitch and you can't just randomly gain perfect pitch either.
