We have been to the Great Smokies on the Tennessee side. We have not had the chance to visit Bryson City yet and it is on one of our must places to go. We love this campground! Laundry would not suck with that view! We like that each shower has it's own contained unit, makes it very private! The Teepees are cute! What kid would not want to stay in those, LOL! Hi friends. This is not one we've checked out but we absolutely love this area. We enjoy getting up to the mountains there pretty regularly. You guys are right-there is so much to do there! Our girls would love the teepees!

We visited Grumpy Bear this past weekend. Absolutely beautiful and well maintained. The owners and campers were extremely welcoming and many came to our rescue when we were locked out of the RV. Thank you Jerry for a very relaxing stay. We will definitely be returning.

I wouldn't mind sitting their while I'm doing my laundry. I've seen teepees like this at a KOA . May have to rent one for a night sometime. great location. That's great location too, especially since the winery is so close...lol. Glad you got to check out the inside of the teepee. Thanks for the review. First of all, I would definitely stay at a place called Grumpy Bear. I feel like that name is aimed right at me LOL. Second, it's right by the water which is amazing! Those bathrooms are awesome! I've never seen such pretty separate bathrooms like that. The teepees are totally cool! We never look for resorts and frills when camping. Never complain about having electricity, though lol. Err Merr Gersh! That food looked amazing!! That water is really rolling. The farm store is very cool too. What a great little place to stay. Easy for you to say, not LOL. Awesome vid guys!

Very nice review, I and my Bride of 34 years are planning to stay here in May of 22. Looks like a nice place to visit. We don't care about lots of amenities either. We are all self contained. Thanks for your review. And be safe on your travels. We will subscribe to your channel as well. We have our house for sale and plan to go full timing soon after the house is sold.

Most definitely will be going from northeast Tennessee to visit this grumpy bear campground. I want to stay in one of those tepes. Then do lots of hiking in that deep creek area and over into cades cove.

We booked this (and cancelled our Jellystone Cherokee) for a week for our 25th wedding anniversary in April! Very excited to go to a campground with such NICE bathrooms and showers!!! A wet bath is hard to do for 2 weeks!

So crazy that we were only 2 hrs from where y’all were on this trip. We rode by this one when we went to Bryson City in December. Glad to see what it’s like. Do they have space for big rigs or is better for smaller rigs?

Come check us out too at Kirklands Creek Campground. We are only about 3-4 miles up the mountain from Grumpy Bear Campground. We have been Friends with the owners all the way back when we were neighbors in Florida. Great story!
