Circles and noodle limbs bro, practice those effectively and Sonic characters will be no problem. Because they are extremely flexible, you don't have to worry too much about the anatomy. But beware, if you draw nothing but Sonic styled things, it will hinder your art skills later when you want to try something more grounded in anatomy. I did until I was 15, 27 now, and every so often it creeps back into my current style, So try not to stay stagnant and always practice a few other style.
