This might be an unpopular opinion - but I think the Shade Shifters are not essential for us na inde naman beauty vloggers or make up artists. Because of their very inclusive shade range, it would be more practical just to buy our exact shade. BUT it's good that GRWM released it because I can see how local make-up artists can benefit from it. Ang alam ko, usually only International companies sell that. Good job, GRWM! Can't wait to try their foundation. 😍

Hmm.. si translucent if you dont want coverage and just simply want to set your concealer - handy din since it’s more compact and not messy. Si loose powder on the other hand is messy so it can’t be brought outside, pangbahat lang talaga siya although it’s versatile in a way na kaya niya din maachieve yung “translucency” ni translucent powder with the manner of application and you can also use it bake on days na gusto mo ng coverage/more setting power. So depends talaga which one you can have more use of 🤍

Hmm magkaiba kasi sila ng use for me. Si Velvet Ill use it more for special occasions or on days that I just simply want more airbrushed or plakado finish since it gives a little coverage. Si Translucent, more on everyday looks that I just want to set my face without additional coverage or visible shade - this can be used for touch-ups also regardless of which powder you used initially 😊
