beautiful look! The Chanel eyeliner stick is my favorite purchase of the summer by far, I have it in orange. We have had a lazy hazy summer sun, and drawing an orange liner on my lids just goes with a tall glass of ice and tanned feet.

❤️ thank you for the question ✨ I still subscribe to pvolve, but I’ve changed up my routine to running 3 miles first thing in the morning - early, and then I get started with my day. I’ve been doing that for a couple of months. The next step is to work in a pvolve session later in the day. I love it for core & overall toning. It offers something different than so many other programs in terms of the variety of muscle groups to focus on as well as the types of routines. I also love the variety in the amount of time spent in each session 👍🏼
