On the subject of friendship... I was friends with someone from sixth or seventh grade up until around freshman or sophomore year. As a current high school senior, I forget the exact timeline of events, but there came to be a point where I friendship was put on hold due to a sort of falling out. Though I was affected by this loss of a friend, we got back together again in a few weeks. She never acted the same, though, and I ended up cutting off our friendship for good. The reason being, she was poisonous to me. She didn't treat me the as a real friend anymore, and she gave me much more stress than was necessary. I was incredibly anxious about cutting her out of my life because she had been so big until then, but once I did it, I felt so much better. I literally felt as though a weight had been lifted from my shoulders, and I was happier. In my case, she let herself go and started doing things that she hadn't done before, simply because I hadn't agreed with them. She changed so much afterwards because I guess she didn't want me to see her true self, but knowing this helped me to move on. I don't regret it, and I find it shocking on occasion when she still tries talking to me, as if I could get over my reasons for cutting her off. Anyway, if you've had a falling out, it's probably for the better. Sometimes it isn't, but if someone trustworthy tells you that your friend isn't worth the trouble, then they're most likely right. I know they were in my case.

It's ok, your history it's so similar to mine. I feel that my friends, my bffs that I know since I was like 7 years old, ignored me at all, I feel that I'm no care for they or be enough important and that hurts my heart all the time. I still waiting for the right moment to cut things off, bc I can't hold this anymore, the depression and angry are distressed me. Hazirah Abdullah Length is off no matter, as I struggled to shorten mine to the length it's at, too. I understand where you're coming from, and when I cut off my friendship, it was hard for me to find more people to talk to because we both had many of the same friends. I've had social anxiety for a long time and I struggled to find people to talk to, because my old friend would always be there. Luckily, I have my current bff, and though she and her buddies are two years younger than me, we get along great. I've made a few more friends this year through band and other classes, and everything is so much easier than it was with my old friend. Though I don't agree with her morals and the type of person she is, she is the one who got me into kpop and anime and writing and I acknowledge that I wouldn't be here with out her. Her downhill spiral pushed me up, and recently I've had a new friend that I just click with. she's not a fan of the same things as me, but we share other interests and she's just an all around amazing person. Things do get better, sometimes it just takes time for others to mature and grow up.

My (now) husband and I did LDR for close to 2 years. I left Korea in summer 2014, and we finally reunited and got married March 2016. In between that we only saw each other once during the holidays in 2015 and decided to get engaged. It was ROUGH. There's even more judgement when it's an international relationship and marriage involved. But we know it's genuine and I wouldn't trade the experience of an LDR. We developed so much respect, patience, and love for each other over that time. And of course, and appreciation for each other's personal space and time. I think LDR relationships work out to be some of the strongest, so keep fighting the good fight!
