So about the itching happening whenever you get stressed, I have that too. There was a period of time that I was so stressed out and I was itching so freaking bad that I wanted to tear my skin off. And I was also ignoring it for 2 months or something until a friend advised me to go to a dermatologist. The dermatologist prescribed me antihistamine pills and I had to take 2 every day. They helped me so much. They stop the rush and it is such a relief. And they are also pretty light, it's not heavy medication or anything. I still take them but now it is more like every 3 days or something. Please go to a dermatologist and check it, your every-day life will get so much easier. Much much love 💞💞
