So so happy for you love that you had an amazing day without the anxiety & mood shifts which comes with it. I have terrible anxiety where it turns into anxiety attacks with heart palpitations and what not. I honestly feel like it's difficult to survive with it every day, to have normal day and to live day with full potential is so difficult. Something in me is always worried about how mu anxiety can come any minute and jinx all the progress i have made in the day so far. It's so so difficult and i totally understand you.
