She goes through all that trouble to put all that make up on, like she is going to prom, then wears a tshirt, jeans, and sneakers. Like, you aren't really dressing up so why all the makeup. i know, at least for me, unless I am throwing on a dress or a nice skirt and top, I am barely putting on makeup, if any at all. Like, what is the point? Maybe there is a point but I don't see it. Plus, my mom would flip if I put on a lot of makeup wearing casual clothes. Its like wearing heels to mow the lawn.

so my understanding of what your getting at, for the first day of school I don’t wear any makeup? In this video I just wore mascara and eye brow gel. 😅😂

@@autumnwedge Actually, what I am more getting at was that dressing up and makeup go hand in hand. You do not typically dress up and not wear make up. Same as wearing make up and not dressing up. As for the whole first day of school scenario, if you want to wear jeans and a tshirt, thats fine. For me, I would have went shopping during the summer and picked out a nice light dress, like a summer dress, and maybe some flats or wedges to wear for my first day back. I usually do that because my parents taught me its a special day. I honestly hate it so much that society is trying to play out that throwing on jeans,. a cute top, and some make up is dressing up a little when honestly, its not.
