Girl soccer players like to use it for their hair because it helps keep the little baby hairs out of your face. You can probably find them in the same isle athletic tape is in.

Ok so a pre rap. A pre rap is used if u need to rap ur arm or leg or something u put it first before the tape or cast or for people who p play sports it's used as a headband to hold down ur haur. I hope this answers ur question
