What exactly do you do in mental hospitals I’m currently not in a good mental state I am in depression for the same reasons you mention in your video and I can’t handle it I don’t even know what’s my purpose for life. I feel like these places can help me and I want to ask for help because I am just tired of life and it sounds like I’m a brat but trust I’ve been through alottt since I was 14 I’m 19 as well and it’s just consecutive years of bullshit 😭😭😭😭😭 life is beautiful I know it is but depression is depression. I love your channel and I’m here to stay I think you are very entertaining, beautiful and funny also very positive!!

ILY 🫶🏻 and so basically i’m a survivor of you know what lol so i ended up in the hospital and when i got all good they sent me to this behavioral center or Mental Health place for a couple of weeks and like they do not send you home UNLESS the doctor says you’re good to go home it was literally the worst thing ever just my whole experience there personally so if anything it kinda stops me from having those type of depressive thoughts because i do not want to end up there again),: BUT GURL keep it pushing! you got this!! you’ve got so much for you sis i know it’s so hard but you just have to genuinely live in the moment because thinking about your past or future will dig you a deeper hole but if you look up behavioral centers you can admit yourself into one and it just kinda isolates yourself from the outside world like im talking no phone no tiktok no instagram, they give you therapy while you’re there and have group meetings. you can also try therapy! i think it’s on the cheaper side than the hospital 🤍 i hope you’re doing well, be safe ily you will eventually find your purpose we’re still hiking our path we’ll get to our destination one day pookie 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

OH I FORGOT TO SAY if you’re voluntary admitting yourself into the hospital you’re free to leave whenever you want but if you’re sent involuntarily then they like hold u hostage lmao but TRY IT honestly as much as i hated it, it made me rethink about a lot of things
