OMG Girly!!!! This was the most genuine video I've seen in awhile in our community. Love the realness! And I totally agree with what you said about how certain larger influencers create content for money and fame, and may appear to be nice people but behind the scenes they aren't good people. There are so many of those I used to follow but don't anymore because I started to see how disingenuous they were. I'd rather be less successful and authentically a good person than more successful and a bad person. Also I just want to encourage you to continue creating if it's what you love and take a break whenever you need it. Waffles is adorable! I've actually been looking adopting a bunny as well... Hey, girly. I've missed your content so much. I've been a bunny Mama for many years. I just wanted to let you know that it is PERFECTLY okay to hold or cuddle your bunny more than once a day. It's best to hold them if they initiate it (meaning if they come over to you). But, you can certainly hold them even if they don't. Letting them be the ones to initiate contact, insures that they're comfortable with it though. Also, when you pick them up, kneel down, scoop them up with both hands as CLOSE to your body as you can. Do the exact same when you put them back down. Hold them close to your body, kneel down and use both hands to put them down. They absolutely don't like the feeling of not being secure, if that makes sense. But yes, some bunnies are absolutely cuddly. My two bunnies, Jack and Sally, have completely different personalities. Jack is very sociable, comes up to any and everyone, does a lot of thumping, runs laps, loves being handled, the whole nine! Sally loves me and my kids, but isn't very sociable with anyone else. She also isn't hyper like Jack. She is very lazy and relaxed and doesn't like being held as much. She'll definitely let you know if she doesn't want to be held because she'll get a little spastic when you try to pick her up. Lol. When she DOES want to be held though, she's VERY snuggly! We're definitely bunny people in my household! I absolutely LOVE being a bunny Mama and I guarantee you will too! And Waffles is just absolutely adorable!! He seems like he likes to be cuddled, so you should be fine in that department! Love ya, girly. Congrats on the new fur baby addition. 🎀😅

I have been struggling so much with my weight lately, trouble losing the weight, feeling drained all the time, depressed it’s been awful! One of the things I love about you is how real relatable and genuine you are!!! Very few big influencers are relatable. They start out being real and relatable then they get big and lose that side of them. You never have, you have stayed true to yourself and your followers as you have grown as an influencer!! Girl I can relate to you for sure. I can tell you are a sweet soul & you are gorgeous 🩷 Also, I will say from my experience, when you hit your 30s, you will stop caring mostly about what other people think. Love what you love, it’s your life 🩷 It might be worth at least having bloodwork done, just a general panel & also check your vitamin D levels. I was vitamin D deficient and was always sluggish. Once I got that in check I felt better physically & mentally. Waffles is so cute! I love bunnies, they are so sweet. I had them growing up & hopefully will get another one in the future 🐰

Luv maybe try checking your vitamin D levels. I know awhile back I felt suuuper tired and my mood was low and when they did my blood work I was vitamin D deficient. It's a special test to check vitamin D levels. It's crazy how much vitamin D helps. It's the sunshine vitamin 💛 anyway love your videos and girly vibes!! Sharla I am 46 years old and I freaking love pink! My 12 ur old hates it! Go figure but my other 2 girls love it. I’m a momma and I understand people judging everyday and I don’t care. At the end of the day you need to have a home that’s perfect for you however you want it to be. We all strive for better but in our own way. Have you seen the doctor for pcos ? Metformin works but in the long haul a diet change that works for your body may do the trick . Think about having a full panel done . Find what allergies you have to certain foods that may be causing your body to hold on to weight . Everybody is different so considering a full panel is the best start .

My Cortisol was all out of whack, My adrenal Glands stopped working and I was getting Steroid injections in my back at the time but I had also had just gotten the medication from Covid (This was over 2 years ago).... I had a rare form of Cushings : Iatrogenic Cushings Disease. You get tested at an Endocrinologist office. So many tests But defintely Bloodwork, cortisol medication Then I did this cortisol test and it showed my adrenal glands weren't working at all. Then I started getting Diabetes. My weight was getting terrible, there were other symptoms like hair on face and stretch marks - and the other symptoms like tired and etc ... Eventually they started me on Wegovy and now I am on Ozempic because my insurance changed and the new insurance didn't cover Wegovy for some reason. But I have lost almost 100 lbs. Still trying to lose more. I am now prediabetic - yay!!! But yes get checked out about your cortisol if you think it's that... It can get really really bad.

So sorry to hear you’re not feeling well! I’m not a medical professional but I have a few things that have worked for myself or others I know. Eating something with protein within 30 minutes of waking up helps with balancing cortisol. Try Wim Hof method of breathing. Neurofeedback is a technique that helps your brain process and reduces anxiety. It’s non-invasive. If you want to try a more invasive procedure there is an injection in the Stellate-ganglia that helps regulate overactive sympathetic nervous system.
