There have been days when I've done my hair & makeup, got into the corset & boots, laid down for a "minute", and woke up to the sun rising... Then there was the night I stopped by a club with a friend just to pick up some fliers, and I just couldn't be bothered to "get dressed"; jeans, a sweater, bare face, and hair in a ponytail was all everyone was going to get that night, LOL!

Very pretty!! Usually if I'm pumped about something, I'm good to go, especially if I'm getting all jazzed up. Halloween, special days with the hunny, going out with friends. I don't get jazzed up often since I work in a dimly lit room for a living (massage therapist). I'll look professional, but no need for make-up or curls most work days. I have to either not want to go too much to begin with or be feeling pretty blah to decide pjs are the better choice. ;)

Also I feel your pain with clothes never being long enough... it sucks being tall and no one caters for tall goths x

I actually got that quad on sale a couple of months ago. I wasn't going to pay full price on it and wasn't expecting much, but I really liked it! My only complaint is that once applied the middle lighter purple color and the dark purple look almost the same on the lid, so that sucked. I loved the look you did with it though. I think I did a similar look but nowhere near as good, so I'll definitely be trying again with your techniques!

this grwm was really fun to watch because it's so me, while I enjoy the glamorous feel you usually exude this 'too tired to pretend care' is just so nice to see once in a while too :3 the look itself was very cute as always too, makeup and outfit both, though I myself barely fit into the cs426 short (squat torso be damned) so it gave me a nice basis of comparison that youtube can't normally portray~

How thick is your hair? Mine is basically the same length, but I tried to do your updo...and could not get half of my hair in the damn clip!!! I am trying to make my own version of it to somehow weasel it into a similar shape. I don't use heat styling, so my fronts will be straight, or pinned or whatnot. And you look insanely lovely.

Sally Silverbuckles Ree Ree Phillips has a video on something similar that may work for you. It basically entails leaving the front out like Sarah does, but pulling the back into an elastic, in sort of a half-bun, and pulling loose several strands. It look different from the back, of course, but similar from the front. HTH
