What we learned in med school about perioral dermatitis: don't use any products at all for two weeks. Wash only with water and let your natural oils moisturizer until it's cleared up and then slowly start to introduce basic products like vanicream again. Hope this helps xx

Simplifying your skincare really does help! Also Cerave healing ointment is the best for perioral dermatitis especially in the winter when it gets dry

Nice to see someone else who struggles with perioral dermatitis, I have a very severe cause where it’s in between my eyebrows, my eyelids, and all around my nose and mouth area. Luckily my dermatologist prescribed me an antibiotic and an ointment, but I had to go back to basic skin care. Cetaphil, Cerave, etc. are the products you should be using, they help dry skin (which I have). As for sunscreen I have very sensitive and acne prone skin but the brand EltaMD tinted sunscreen is a lifesaver! Def recommend checking it out! Now I pretty much back to normal! I used to use glow recipe and believe me when I tell you that those brands lie to you and you don’t really need a 7-step skincare routine lol.

This is just an opinion as a viewer; while the phone video looks better color-wise, the camera looks much better for quality and sound. especially if you're watching on a computer and not your phone. i kinda wish more people used cameras instead of phones but that's def just a personal preference. i know not everyone feels that way but i really loved the video! i love ur full grwm videos. congratulations on all ur new opportunities!
