I really appreciate your tips and tricks. In this video the tip of using a non-gold highlight with a cool toned eyelook. I just tried it with a fave cool look, and did gold in one corner and cool pink in the other. Spot on!

It's funny how you mentioned your style evolving. I just rewatched a video you did with the UD smokey palette not too long ago, because it's one of my favorite fall looks. I think you must have done it not too long after you started your channel, but it was funny to see how much your technique/style has changed. I've been loving pretty dramatic looks lately. I literally get into a gothic or rocker bright look every Fall, and this year I'm getting into really bold lips for the first time! It's a time suck though I'm always rushing out the door in the morning

One of the reasons i subscribed to you is because you focus on making the skin look flawless, glowy and natural plus the occasional smokey eye and classic glam looks. Like you said your preference in makeup changes and i went from loving drag to now loving the "celebrity" makeup looks. Your makeup reminds me of Olivia Munn or her makeup artists looks.

so inspired by your relationship, Melissa! im moving in soon with my boyfriend and hope we'll be able to get along as well as you do! he's very creative, man's into music and I'm more of a nerd but two years going strong. regarding recent makeup looks, I'm into minimal neutral stuff as well- a satin base, neutral nude blush (on a hunt for perfect one, the balm's balm springs too peachy on me), slight smoke on the eyes following their shape and gloss on the lid. pop some gloss on the lips and look done!

i think a lot of youtubers look 20 yrs older with heavy makeup...i'm loving CC cream + one eye shadow look at this moment. One more thing i'm absolutely loving is the Charlotte Tilbury Instant look in a palette, it's so natural but also enough glam for daily. Extremely convenient for travels. I've just ordered the limited smoky look in a palette this morning, look forward to trying that out for date nights!

At least you have a crease 😩 I have crazy hooded eyes so zero crease and not much lid space. Eye makeup is such a pain for me so I mostly do really simple eye makeup as well and love me a bold lip. LOVE your style of makeup, you're one of my absolute favorites to watch, and you introduced me to one of my favorite foundations (KGD Aqua).

Definitely been finding more makeup artist pages on instagram that follow that aesthetic.. have you tried glossier products? I think that whole brand aspires to that aesthetic.
