I take extra probiotics when taking antibiotics which can kill the good bacteria in your gut. Hope you feel better soon. Try to get at least 15 min of direct sunlight a day, helps to keep your internal body clock regulated.

I’ve been doing red light therapy and I think that has helped a bit as well.

You asked about neck lines, I would start with bringing your serums and moisturizers down to your neck everytime you apply. Don't just use the leftovers from the face but use as much as you use on your face. Next, I take a supplement called Collagen Peptides every day and not skip a day. You can research the benefits on KZbin. Personally my hair skin and nails grow faster and my skin is much softer. Lastly, if you can drop maybe 10 pounds that'll also improve it. I use to have those lines and now they're gone and I'm in my 50's. In the meantime while you're doing all the above steps, you can kinda make it look less apparent by applying a pump of Haus Labs foundation on your neck. It makes my neck look a tad younger for some reason.

On the collagen peptides, I would take the unflavored and put it in your coffee. Easier to take that way IMO

I beg to differ... first off, she def does not need to drop 10 lbs let alone ANY amount of weight... neck lines HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH WEIGHT... i lost almost 100 lbs & i have more neck lines now than when i was heavy... like tanya said, neck lines basically are genetic.. yes creams can help & tighten but as we age, skin losens.. collagen def can help but studies are still in their infancy, but it def wont hurt. I just hate the whole lose weight theory bc no one should feel the need to lose weight for something like neck lines. Tanya is beautiful neck lines or not.. but since she was looking for an actual recommendation for a CREAM, i like the strivectin tl neck tightening cream

Don't get all caps angry and assume I'm calling her fat. We can agree to disagree on the probably causes but I'm speaking from experience. Now you go do some Yoga and release all that tension built up inside you. Whatever you're going through in your life, don't take it out on strangers. It's not healthy nor will it bring you joy

My husband too! Lights out, and he is snoring in one minute. I am the same as you, takes me at least an hour to fall asleep. When I take Melatonin 45 min before bed, it helps a lot and I stay asleep longer. I take 3mg.

So sorry that you have been sick. No fun. My dad passed away last week and it felt like I just could not go in. I conned myself into doing my makeup and hair and it really lifted my spirits. There is definitely power in makeup. Love that chocolate brown eyeshadow. Gorgeous with your brown eyes. I love your videos the most because your are such an angel. I have brown eyes and love seeing what color looks like on brown eyes. I feel like most KZbin makeup artists either have blue or green eyes. I started seeing those neck lines last year. Awful. I recently purchased some body lotion just for normal body lotion use. It is a combo pack from Amazon by Nivea. It is the skin firming and toning gel-cream and skin firming hydration body lotion. I was really just expecting moisture but I started noticing a great improvement in the neck lines. My arm skin was starting to look a bit loose and it tightened up as well. Just started using the lash serum so I am pumped to see if it helps my lashes.

Hello! I'm about to buy the BK Beauty core line extension set for my birthday! I think you're right about the 113 brush, that it was made for powder. However, if there's anything I've learned since getting back into makeup and quality brushes, *all* brushes can be used for multiple products. I never knew that, but hearing and seeing pro MUAs use them in myriad ways, it's now so obvious! Use your brushes however you deem fit ❤

I can relate to being on antibiotics and feeling like crap. I don't know if you remember, but I was in the hospital and I had a severe infection in my knee, and I was on IV antibiotics for 4 weeks, and a week after that I got another infection on another place in my body and was on oral antibiotics for 5 days and then another 10 days so yeah I hear you. It took a lot to keep my spirits up. And the sweating is definitely part of being on the antibiotics and/or the infection. I'm thinking it's more of the antibiotics. I've had a heck of a year. In February I started with pneumonia, and then after that I got covid, and then after that another bout of pneumonia, and then I had long covid. And then this whole infection in my leg started and on top of that I'm still dealing with the long covid stuff. I want this year to be over. But then in the New Year, I'm going to be having a knee replacement in the same knee, so this whole thing isn't anywhere near to being over. I'm still walking with a walker but hopefully I'll be transferring to a cane soon, I hope. But it's hard, and I didn't have a whole family of little ones to take care of on top of it, so I don't know how you did it. I just had me, and I had my mom an adult son taking care of me so I was extremely lucky. And I still am because they're still continuing to take care of me. I'm sorry to admit, but I'm a sleeper like your husband. As soon as I hit the pillow, I'm ready asleep. I do apologize. Lol. Everyone else in my family takes forever to fall asleep. I'm the only one who falls asleep right away. I am really thankful for that. I'm sorry. Lol. But seriously, give yourself some Grace, and let yourself heal from all this. And I do agree, makeup is the best medicine. I haven't put any on since February 3rd. I miss it so much! And I'm barely doing skin care. I have to get that back on board first before I even think about putting makeup on my face. It'll look terrible if I don't get my face back in order first. I hope you have a good weekend!

Oh no, tooth issues are the absolute worst! Hope you start to feel better soon, I get it I had to go in for an emergency root canal last week 😬 and have to go back sometime to get a crown because of how much I lost. My teeth are my sensitive spot , I’m so self conscious over them and don’t like to show them even when smiling. Anyways, if you are looking for good skincare I have loved La Mer forever and ever, slowly adding to my collection. I also swear by some Clé De Peau, I truly believe investing in skincare and getting your water intake where it needs to be helps so much. Neck Tips : Have all your gadgets at eye level, that way you're not looking down and creating the "creases". The Currentbody Neck and Chest LED "mask" is amazing! have you ever tried the sisley phyto touche bronzer? my ultimate holy grail bronzer. a baked gelee formula it's amazing I think you will be obsessed with it if you give it a try yes its very expensive but it lasts 18 months powder so double that and I have barely made a dent in it and I use mine every day well worth the money

Sorry to hear you’ve been in so much pain. Hope you feel better soon. This is probably the first time in a while that I won’t be going absolutely wild during the Sephora sale. I usually try to take advantage (even though I’ve recognized that 20% off isn’t that great) but this year, I’m picking up 2 or 3 items, one being a Sephora set and the only reason I’m getting it is because it’ll be 30% off and I can divide some of what’s in it into gifts. The holiday releases haven’t gotten me very excited. I would like to have the Diptique Advent Calendar, but that’s not makeup and it’s $400, so that’s a big, “No!” I’ve just looked at it as a blessing bc being able to pass on these holiday collections is keeping me from spending money that I don’t need to b spending anyways.

I feel your pain - literally. I had a tooth extraction and bone graft on Monday (for a tooth I had already had a root canal and crown on) - sitting here still swollen. They used nitrous oxide (which was a waste-did nothing for me) and I was so stuffy for two days after - I thought I was getting a cold and it has now mostly cleared up - maybe that is the same for you. Hope your feeling better soon.

You poor girl! Sorry you aren't feeling well. I get it. I had oral surgery & couple days later got covid & got a horrid rash on top of that! I admire you doing a video. Teeth stuff is hard! My hubby is still in braces. So I noticed when you got yours off. I was a brand new subscriber! Hang in there! 😍

I highly suggest looking into the Chanel skincare. Go into a boutique and have their representative help you. They have excellent moisturizers and firming creams. It is expensive but worth every penny. I wish that I would have started using their line at a younger age.
