Hey Kirsten! I love the lip oil color, I think it looks lovely on you 😊 The ND palette is a pass for me, I feel like I've seen a lot of mixed reviews on it. Im still really into makeup content, but I'm kinda over new makeup releases. I've really been enjoying seeing people shop their stash to create a specific look, I find it very inspring to see people creating cool looks with products they already own 😁

At the moment I am hooked with anti-MLM content, I don't know why, because I don't have any relevant experience in this area, but I am simply attracted. When comes to makeup, I also have 0 inspiration and 0 interest, I even stopped watching reviews, tutorials and I never watch trends or Tik Tok stuff. From time to time, I like to spoil myself with a declutter/makeup organization video, but that's it. Currently I am mad that the Bridgerton show runners changed the gender of an upcoming very important character and I occupy my Instagram time with liking comments that describe the same feeling 🙈 Oh, what do I see here, you are approaching 2k 💕

I definitely want the new golden palette even though I rarely use my palettes and I’m more into single shadows. I totally get what you mean about feeling uninspired by makeup/creators. I got bored with all the larger creators and their content because it’s all the same to me. When I do watch beauty content I watch smaller creators or I specifically search for what I’m looking for.

You can rehydrate jelly shadows with contact solution.

@ Tip should work for anything water based. If the product is oil based, you can use face oil to rehydrate the product. I just happen to know the jelly shadows are water based from my own experience. (I’ve also added face oil to a powder highlighter formula I didn’t like to turn it into a cream highlighter and liked it better that way 😉 If you don’t mind taking a risk with a product.) Hope this helps.

I don’t feel uninspired by makeup videos, I’m just sick of the consumerism, and all the pushing of sales on KZbin now. There are a few KZbinrs I used to love to watch do their makeup, but now every video is a sponsorship, or they make a sponsorship video and just splash in a couple random makeup products to cover up the fact it’s actually a sponsorship. THIS is the reason KZbin is beginning to suck for me and probably a lot of other people too 😩 I won’t stop KZbin though, I’ll just continue to search for people who still actually review makeup! That’s what led me to your channel ☺️

@@EnvyBlu I totally agree!! Buying makeup is being shoved down our throats by people who get the makeup for free / are paid to receive it! It’s so much to keep up with and try to figure out what’s genuinely good or not
