it’s surprising hearing from maddie that she is very insecure of herself because of the standards that are set on social media by other people when there are people, like me, who are insecure because of people on social media like maddie. i’m the same age as maddie (actually only a few days older than her) and i think that i don’t even come close to how perfect she looks like she is freaking beautiful and she has an amazing body and she’s tall and just perfect but even she gets insecure. it just shows that people are people whether you’re a famous social media influencer or a normal girl/boy. everyone gets insecure and worries about their own appearances so there’s really no point in comparing ourselves with each other. let’s embrace ourselves for who we are rather than tear ourselves down 💛 k this was really long HAHA if you’ve read this far, you’re appreciated and i hope you feel encouraged by this message xo edit: wow thank you so much for the likes ✨ i’ve literally never gotten more than 1 like before so this is really surprising 😂 love ya’ll 💖

Sophie Espiritu i think it's because we all have days when we don't find ourselves enough. I think it's hard when you work on social media because you're constantly surrounded by people who are "perfect" and you have to live up to that standard when lets be real, no one is 100% perfect. We never see celebrities or social media models etc in their raw, stripped back state. We don't get to see them with no fake tan, no makeup, no hair stylist, no good light. They have access to personal trainers and healthy foods. We compare ourselves to people who we don't even know, people who we have never seen the way we see ourselves. Of course they look different in the spotlight but when they go back to their homes and take away their masks they are just as insecure as us ❤️ Just a little reminder to never compare yourself. (I'm not saying everyone is insecure and I'm not saying we never get to see famous people in their raw state because we sometimes do in videos like these but it's very rare)
