Well... It is possibly the best UFO vid regarding the quality of the systems reveal about actual technical aspects near his strata of the US. secret government, and some of the hybridization/ancient breakaway civilization speculation. You got me there. Just for my tastes some of the info and speculation provided by Jacques Vallee is a little more intriguing. But overall I think I'd put this in my top half a dozen... As a retired GG-15 from DIA, I found Mr. Ramirez’s ppt to be sensational. It brought back many aspects of the IC that I haven’t thought about in many years but that I can confirm are accurate. I especially enjoyed the IC history lesson and abbreviated classification explanation. The only thing I was hoping for, and hope he will address, is his opinion on how a DoD/IC joint UAP task force should organize.

One might title this remarkable presentation, "The CIA analyst that came in from the cold." Not only does John Ramirez declare himself a contact experiencer, but he also gives pointers to investigators how to better submit FOIA requests to the Executive Branch Intelligence organizations. This is an acknowledgment of the potential role of citizens' investigators to continue to push forward the policy of more openness. As a former peace and social justice activist in the social movements of the 1960s, 70s and 80s, I was impressed by Mr. Ramirez' concern that military engagements with UAPs could result in shoot downs of what many believe are ET spacecraft. He also follows a line of speculation offered by Grant Cameron that the notorious CIA experiments of MK Ultra might have b been a reaction to the Roswell incident and possible telepathic communications with the survivors of that alleged crash. It is a tribute to Jay of Project Unity that a man of Mr. Ramirez' caliber has chosen to speak so candidly about these vital topics on Jay's media platform.

Being a GS-15 is a big deal. My father retired from the military as a Lt. Colonel after 26 years then went into the GSA as a GS-13. He became a GS-14 before he retired about 10 years later. As a teenager I had a keen awareness of him having a lot of responsibility and many subordinates. So Ramirez was a pretty high-ranking guy inside the government.

I confirm. It is a version as seen from the south pole of draco. (upside down). But what's interesting, are the 2 parallelograms that are added close to the head. They don't match any lines in any culture. In addition, they pass through stars that are mag 5 to mag 6 which makes them almost invisible. It was on purpose artificially added.

Ramirez says some of the information in the latter portion is speculative. Likely some of his own as well as other "stories." So I don't take speculation seriously. Still, there was a lot on how government works that 99.9 percent of the population has no understanding. As a former federal contractor for over seven years, I worked directly and indirectly with many of the actions in the presentation. He knows his stuff. It's even more complicated and nuanced than he could go into, but the 30,000 ft. view is fine. I wish that he had a higher profile in this slow reveal, but I suspect because he is an in-the-weeds person, most people would tune him out. They should not, but drowning in details scares people who don't know the scaffolding of the IC and its intersection with military and civilian federal government. Terrific presentation.

At 41:00 Mr Ramirez states about the Thethered Mission and shows 4 photos.....I have the exact same image by accident, the same exact image on a VHS camera while filming a jet landing at SJC. My untrained skills using the VHS was that the jet landing lights were out of focus on my camera....because I didn't know how to film jets at night landing at an airport. I still have the film, the VHS tape and will look for it and grab a screen shot to compare......I find this remarkable Mr Ramirez would not know this... whatever was being filmed on the Tethered Missing was definitely an out of focus light...since I have over 500 aircraft videos it will take me a week to find it, but the image is exactly the same.....and out of focus light, but what light? Find a VHS camera and film a light till out of focus, you will see the same thing....!!
