Many thanks for that video, it will help me. May I suggest that after an introduction video, you add a detail video on parameters that influence the torque mode. (Bias, ASR...) Regards,

Thanks for the feedback. We do plan to do a more advanced tutorial. It's just on a very long "To Do" list. You query will help move that up the priority queue.

Really it is great video. In which cases, should be using Torque Mode in VDF ?
@automationdirect2 жыл бұрын
You would use Torque mode anytime you want Torque to take priority over speed. Winder, rewinders, capping, and web applications are some good examples of when torque control is utilized.

great video... it looks like this could replace loadcell torque feedback on drag braking action on heavy paper roll let-off unit instead of fraction drag brakes...:) also the drive keypad seems better than rockUNwell hmi keypad that fail from poor membrane button design.. which requires a new hmi for new/old non-working drive...:/ thanks AD

How can I make analog set point for torque to overcome less torque at low speed That make motor jerk or not able to start
@automationdirect3 жыл бұрын
Hi Ayman, Take a look at Parameter 3.00 (A1) or P3.01 (A2) option 3. I think that is what you are looking for. There are other options in there that you might be interested in too.

@@automationdirect thanks for interest I have drive motor when operates at frequency below 50 HZ with load it can't start i need to increase torque. I increased torque boost but nothing occurred what is the parameter that concerns this.
