thanks - I just replaced the battery so the watch was All jacked up I've found this watch to gain some 10 seconds a month, battery after battery I set it against the National Institute of Standards in Boulder CO. USA

The amount of people in this comments section who have just lived with not being able to set up their watch correctly is mind boggling to me, i know it goes against all things sacred but your watch came with an instruction book, you could have just read it, its what its there for, if not Casio has the instructions for each watch on their website, read that, its called making an effort guys.
