Hi sir,You reduced it to around 3.4 volts for the Sim800L rx pin. Is the 5V from the Arduino a high volt for the rx pin?

check video @ 7:26 caller phone number is parsed out using substring function. Index plus 8th position is the starting position of caller number and we go up to 21 position to extract the caller number
